Homeschool Planit

I'm a real sucker for BETA testing and recently I found out about a Homeschoolng planning site that will be open soon for homeschoolers to BETA test. Here's a description;

Features will include:
- Daily Planner/Calendar
- Ability to share Curriculums
- Customer Grading System
- Online Record Tracking
- Online Journal
- Homeschool Community
- Community Calendar
- And More!

Again when launched, this resouce will be FREE of charge to everyone!

I'm not quite sure how useful it will be for me seeing as homeschool planning hasn't been a focus of mine but I'm still going to try it (who knows? It might help make planning a focus) and thought I'd spread the word in case anyone else is interested.

Homeschool Planit

Just a note; It's not up yet. You sign up for BETA testing and when they're ready they'll contact you and let you know.

Thanks for the info and link. I'm a sucker for planning and big on BETA testing too. I just signed up to be a guinea pig too.

I hope they aren't too far away from finishing...It looks like ti might have a nice kind of community focus as well.

It would be nice to get started since I would prefer to develop good systems and planning from the get-go. I suppose quality takes time, however... I'll just have to be patient.

Schedules, planning, curriculums, lists... I think my head just exploded. Wait, is this strawberry jelly? ;)

I so respect people who can really use these tools. I am just not one of them. Maybe someday.

Hi Dawn,
I just found you doing a google search. I'm doing the beta test and in fact am the ONLY tester that has been giving them any feedback. I saw your name on the list of testers...come back!! They are REALLY listening to my suggestions and have implemented some of them. They are especially working on improving the "journaling" aspect of the site. They have great ideas, but really need input from homeschoolers! Hope to see you there!

I'll try again! I had submitted some suggestions but never even got a response to my email. Taking your experience into account it may be that they just never got the email.

Homeschool PlanIT sounds like a good way to get started! I am new to homeschooling and am looking for a good planner or at least something to help gather my ideas in one place. How do I sign up for BETA testing homeschool PlanIt?
