Over the last week I've been alternately ecstatic and nauseous. It's been a ride. However, I will not complain because I know that for most people selling a house, their ride is much longer then what we went through.
Yah, 7 months to sell my last house. You want to talk about a pain in the butt. Lucky ducky you! Can't wait to see what you buy. Don't be afraid to do an apartment or rental for a few months while you're waiting for *the one*. Good luck
